Hi Manal, Thanks for your question. I'm not a medical professional, so please don't take this as any type of medical advice. I believe that Solumedrol is diluted in Normal Saline. There may be other fluids as can be inferred on this webpage. I've only received Solumedrol at the Infusion clinic where the nurse prepared the solution and flushed the line. Lisa
