Lynne, I understand your excitement for looking to try new treatments.
However, the program to develop Neurovax was discontinued on August 24, 2007 by Orchestra Therapeutics, Inc. (which had changed its name from The Immune Response Corporation on April 16, 2007). The company seems all but defunct now. In August 2007, they were just enrolling for PII trial in Eastern Europe. I don't see that this would be a treatment option anytime soon in the U.S.
Lynne, to piggyback (no offense, Lisa) on Lisa's answer---my neuro told me in 2003 that he had a vaccine for MS, "on paper," nowadays 10 years is a gentle timeline for trial drugs to hit the market. Here, the co. that bought out a crumbling R&D of that vaccine can be bought for 2 CENTS a share---not good. For that drug one would have to have specific genes for it to work, yours might not even be a match. So much happening so fast, good and bad...I have had MS for over 20 years and my time is running out. Don't give up hope though, something else is around the corner.
