Ampyra is only available with a prescription and there is a special process by which patients can obtain it here only.  However, the drug itself is almost identical to "4-aminopyridine" which can be made by compounding pharmacists.  I do not know if you have compounding pharmacists in Georgia, but it would be worth asking your doctor.   BiogenIdec has applied to the European "FDA" for approval to market Ampyra outside the United States.   You may need to wait until that approval has been made.  By no means would Ampyra be available over the internet.  Sorry.
