Cold sores are usually associated with herpes and not hepatitus. I don't know about a connection between cold sores/herpes and MS, but I did read that there is a lawsuit in France related to soldiers who allegedly are suffering from MS at much higher rates than the general population due to hep B vaccines. The Veterans Administration in the US has investigated the possibility of MS developing from Hep B vaccines and found that there's not an obvious connection.
