Thursday, July 19, 2012 David Lee asks

Q: I now have Sneddons Syndrome, Antiphospholipid A and livedo Reticulars.

Was diagnosed with multi infarct syndrome. Am experiencing left leg cramps, weakness of my right arm. I am having a burning gnawing pain sensation of the muscles of the arms and legs. My legs feel like they just dont want to work properly anymore, heavy and slow moving. I have and still have occassional visions problems, balance problems and a bulge of my occular nerve. Memory problems. What are the chances that they missed a diognosis of MS. I have not had tests for spinal lesions. Ultra sound showed granulamatomis of the spleen

Hi David,

 

I do not know much about the conditions you have mentioned.  But if you still have doubts about your diagnoses, then it is absolutely okay to get another opinion.  To investigate the possibility of MS, you should consult a neurologist who specializes in MS.  Sometimes it can be difficult to figure out an accurate cause for various symptoms.
