Hi Aja,   The typical scenario in getting diagnosed with MS starts with a primary care doctor who suspects MS and refers the patient to a neurologist.  Then a general neurologist will typically refer a patient to an MS-specialist neurologist once a diagnosis is made or for a second opinion.   It looks like you've already been to a neurologist.  What kind of tests have been done?    There is an organization, the Consortium of MS Centers, which provides a searchable listing of MS centers. Of course, these are not all of the MS neurologists in the country but it is a good place to start.   I searched in Texas and found the following:   Baylor College of Medicine MS Center in Houston, Texas (listing and contact information)   University of Texas HSC - Houston MS Research Group (listing and contact information)   MS Center of South Texas in San Antonio, Texas (listing and contact information)   UT Southwestern Medical Center of Dallas MS Center (listing and contact information)   This would be a good place to start.  Good luck.
