Does anyone have any advice for dealing with fatigue? I feel like all I ever do is sleep and being a mother of 4 kids, that doesn't exactly work with my schedule!

Hi Wendy, fatique is the worst thing about MS for me.  I think that the best thing that works for me is learning how to control it.  I take provigil, but it only works for a while then your body soon become imune to it.  I take one pill in the morning when my feet hit the floor then I take another one in the afternoon when I feel my enegery going down.  Talk with someone at a health food store that you really trust to see if they can recommend some vitamins.  Plan your day.  Do your things that require the most enegry when you have the most enegry.  Take rest periods.  Incorporate your kids into your day, have them to particapate in whatever you need done if they are old enough.  If not plan activities that will tire them out.  When they rest you rest.  I use to tell people when they came to my home and if it was not in tip top shape, "it does ot get it my way, don't let it get in your way" and just keep it moving.  You got four kids, neat is not in your world right now!  Plan, plan, plan, that is the key, when they rest, you rest.  Eat enegry foods, vitamins, and you will be all right, I promise.
