after a episode he is disoriented, confused and lose memory of events before and sometime confuses his days.
He has crones and is currently having sever liver issues, biopbesy done waiting on results if surgery is needed. also is coughing up blood, bleeding rectally and also blood in urine. I guess my question is can these other dieases be the cause of these seizure type syptoms

This sounds disturbing, and I know you and your boyfriend are feeling very frustrated. I am not familiar with symptoms as you have described them.
It sounds as if it is time for a serious talk with his doctor. There could be a simple treatment that puts everything back in order. Since there have been three episodes over the past two weeks, it might be time for an early appointment.

These are very serious symptoms and as Vicki said, they aren't under the MS umbrella. They do sound neurological and perhaps you should have him seen asap. Have his symptoms changed or gotten better in this time? You may want to consider a visit to ER.
