Are 35-40 small white matter lesions ok?

I am 33 year old female - with controlled epilepsy since I was 14. Juvenile myoclonic epilepsy.. anyway just recently started getting headaches and feeling kind of dizzy.... had two MRI's one in Dec - multiple white matter brain lesions so they repeated it in March - with and without contrast -…
