My sister was dignoise with ms 30 yrs ago, the docs said she is in 4th stage advance stage of ms, I need to know is 4th stage advance is the beginning the middle or the very end.

It's very difficult to know exactly what your sister's doctor meant by labels he gave your sister's MS. I wrote a post which I hope might provide some answers.
