Hi zayna,

Symptoms can be so unique to individuals.  I'm not a medical professional, but it sounds plausible that your symptoms are MS hug related.  If you are concerned, however, please do consult with your neurologist.  This could be an early sign of a relapse which may respond to treatment.

Also, chest pain would not be something to ignore.  Folks of us living with MS could also have cardiac problems develop (just like anybody else).  Definitely talk to your doctor and make sure that there isn't any other explanation for the 50-pound "hug."
