You have just listed the typical drug approaches to spasticity in MS. It's not as common, but some patients might use valium or a similar drug to help with spasticity. Medical marijuana might be helpful. For some patients a spinal pump which administers baclofen is recommended. That would be something to ask your neurologist about. Physical therapy may help. Botox injections might be helpful. There are definitely other options.
But there are also lots of MS patients who use supplements to tackle their spasticity. I'm not well versed on all of the details, but I believe that magnsesium is one supplement used for this purpose (among others). Here is a run-down of common supplements used in MS. I know that when I'm low on potassium, I start to experience more muscle issues.
