Hi GG,   Thanks for your question.  I really don't want to appear trite, but I think there is no good answer.   I say that because there has not been any objective research conducted to test the success rate of any of the MS diet approaches.  There is ample anecdotal evidence presented (primarily by those who are selling the idea of their particular diet), but nothing scientific to quantify the approach.   Just this summer the NMSS magazine, Momentum, had a series of articles addressing MS and diet.  You might find these articles informative and they may give you some ideas on how to eat healthy in general.   I hope that helps.
