Hi Tina,

 

I do not really know the answer to your question.  But I did run a drug-interaction test at Drugs.com.

 

The results are:

Diamox and Solumedrol = a moderate interaction. Solumedrol causes loss of potassium and diuretics cause the same.  Both of these drugs can effect electrolyte balance.

 

Diamox and Miralax = a moderate interaction.  Chronic use of laxatives may increase the effect of diuretics.  Caution of significant loss of fluids and electrolytes, including sodium and potassium.

 

Miralax and Solumedrol = a moderate interaction.  Same concern as above in regards to electrolytes and potassium.

 

Be sure to discuss your concerns with your doctor.
