Yes the Lord is the truth and the light! He is the master physician. He loves you. I am Catholic, I go to Eucharistic Adoration, where Christ is physically present. You should make a visit. You do not have to be Catholic to sit silently and pray before our Lord, After you feel the love you may want to convert! The Eucharist is very healing. I have tried a lot of MS drugs, they just hurt me. I put my trust in the Lord. Jesus heals you!
