I'm not Catholic; but I am a very committed follower of Jesus Christ. I have secondary progressive MS and the drug (Gilenya) that I started Nov. 2010 seems to be working for me. Latest MRI showed no new lesions or progression of this disease. I thank God every day for allowing me to live in these days. Researchers & scientists have truly made ground-breaking discoveries in the study of MS over the last 10 years. I was dx'd in 1985 at age 25 - and there was NOTHING even remotely on the horizon for MS. We live in a fallen world. Bad things happen. Fortunately our lives on this earth are but for a brief moment. This is just a rest stop for me, and I look forward to my eternal home!
