Very First thing I would do is find a new neurologist! I was dxd in 1998. You must fight this disease and not give into. I always say everyone that lives on earth has trials and tribulations this just happens to be one of mine that has a name.  The meds and injections do work.  I have quit mine before and have gone off of my injectables but then realize I need to do all I can.  Sometimes you feel defeated and hill seems really high but is when you have to reach out to prayer and a support group or blog and talk. Also that neuro that knows what he is doing. Yes this is a disease of the nervous system and controlled by the brain, however you have to care and you still have many many choices. I would love to chat with you and help you through this difficult time.  I have been where you are!
