Hello there.

I know that you had asked this question long ago but I wanted to add my personal experience with insomnia.  I take melatonin sublingual tabs and this has helped me tremendously.  Melatonin might not work for everybody and as a matter of fact I have friends who tell me that it didn't work for them at all.  But for me it helps me to get to sleep usually within 45 minutes to an hour after taking it.

As always you should check with your doctor to see what he or she recommends.

Thank you for your question and I do hope you stop back to Health Central.
