Q: I had my first "attack" in 2002. I woke up to complete paralysis in my left leg for an hour after I woke up. Since then there have been long lapses in symptoms and never a dx. I need some answers

I have weird things happening. Pain in my feet that I cannot explain. Shin splints after doing nothing. A facial tic(that no one can see) I can feel it and it halts my speech for a split second. confusion. always been clumsy, but much worse lately. terrible headaches with extreme nausea. fatigued. depressed. had a lot of stress the last year, good and bad. With first and worst attack being in 2002 I just thought everything I was experiencing was stress induced and quit going to the doctor in 2007. I had two MRIs and one spinal tap. The first MRI showed white spots and spinal tap was normal. I am miserable and just feel bad ALL the time... any advice
