It can be frustrating when symptoms are present and answers are absent. Although you might feel like your neurologist isn't listening to you, it does sound like he is taking you seriously by ordering the MRI brain scans. Did you get the results from that testing yet? What did the radiologist's report say? You should get a copy of the report to keep for your own records.
As you may know, the chance of being diagnosed with MS is increased somewhat after childbirth (for about the first 3-9 months). Something about the huge changes in hormones will trigger symptoms.
I hope that you are able to find answers. Finding an accurate diagnosis when neurological symptoms are present can be a very long process, sometimes lasting years.
