Hello Roxie!

I am sorry you are experiencing pain.  I know that you wrote this question some time ago.  I am hoping it has resolved by now.

Multiple Sclerosis is a disease which can basically affect any of the sensory or motor muscles.  So yes it could be MS related or it might not be.  You say that the pain occurs during movement.  This is most likely a very important point to tell your doctor.

Based upon my limited research into your query, if you have any swelling, redness, or warmth associated with the pain I would guess that it is not MS related but due to some other reason, possibly over exertion.

I am not a doctor, but just another person who has relapsing remitting MS like you, so your best bet is to bring this to the attention of your primary care physician.
