I agree with Mandy on this.  When you have so many symptoms going on all at once, it's important to be seen.   To locate free clinics in your area, try searching on this Virginia site.  Perhaps there is a place where you could go to be checked out by a physician, and even more importantly, you may be able to gain access to some prescription medications.   Another program for medications (generics only) which I've found to be easy to use is RX Outreach.  You don't even have to submit proof of income to participate.   These might be useful resources for future needs.   Lisa
