I TOO SUFFER FROM INTENSE PAIN IN MY LEGS AND HANDS. I HAD BEEN SEDENTARY FOR A LONG TIME DUE TO LIVING IN A WARM/HOT CLIMATE BUT NOW HAVE MOVED. I HAVE STARTED WALKING ON A REGULAR BASIS BUT THE PAIN IS MUCH WORSE WHEN I DO. I FIND THAT IF I HAVE TO ATTEND A FUNCTION OR GO ANYWHERE I CAN TAKE 4 IBUPROFEN TABLETS WHICH REALLY HELPS BUT AS SOON AS THEY WEAR OFF THE PAIN COMES BACK WORSE. I ONLY TAKE IT TO HELP ME LIVE A RELATIVELY NORMAL SOCIAL LIFE BUT I DO NOT THAT TAKING IBUPROFEN EVERY DAY IS NOT THE ANSWER. MY PAIN IS THROUGHOUT MY ENTIRE LEG (LEGS),
