the pain veries, and it feels like my 3rd anr fourth toes are numb, i have lower back pain, when i sleep i get a sore back, or when i sit down on certain chairs, i have sharp pains in my lower back, when bending over to pick something up, or geting out of bed or standing up, iam overwieght but i have never had a problem before, think i did something to my back

Pain is the body's signal that something is going on. Based on what you have shared, I recommend that you schedule an appointment with your doctor to discuss your symptoms. So many things might cause the type of pain and numbness you describe.
