in my heel of my right foot i have pain when i step down on it or when i walking, the pain veries,

 the pain veries, and it feels like my 3rd anr fourth toes are numb, i have lower back pain, when i sleep i get a sore back, or when i sit down on certain chairs, i have sharp pains in my lower back, when bending over to pick something up, or geting out of bed or standing up, iam overwieght…
