Q: I have multiple problems. I don't know what to do. I have done EEG, MRI. All are OK. My age is 25.

Problems are...... 1. When I am in sleeping state, suddenly my consciousness starts. I know that the fan is moving but I can't open my eyes.I am in a half conscious state, can't actually move but in a dream like state I am feeling that I have been displaced or trying to see that everything is ok or not. It first happened actually 6 year before when I actually 17 yrs old. Since then it is occurring almost periodically. 2. I feel painless muscle spasm or contraction throughout my whole body. This is also started at the same time. 3. Recently I have seen that speech problem is occurring. Quality of Pronunciation has degraded. 4. Sometimes I got very depressed. 5. Anxiety is there.

Rose,

Have you talked to your primary doctor about each of these symptoms you are experiencing?  You may or may not be experiencing a neurological disease.  Perhaps you should consult with a neurologist.  You can search for a neurologist or office which specializes in MS here - http://www.mscare.org/search/custom.asp?id=881

Hi,

I have consulted with a neurologist. He is assuring me that I don't have any neurological problem. The problem may be psychological. But I am quite tensed as the problems are growing day by day. Also the muscle fasciculation which I experience throughout the day is very irritating. Sleep Paralysis which I have mentioned above is also happening regularly. So please help me to find a good solution.
