Q: Pressure on left side of head, by eye/cheek area. Numbness on left side of body.

This sounds like quite a list of symptoms. Are you concerned that you may have MS? or Do you have MS and you are concerned about new symptoms?
Either way, it would be important to see your doctor to be evaluated, especially since you are talking about chest pain and numbness on one side of the body.
Please let us know what the doctor says.
