Q: For 8 days now I have had aches like the severe aches much like the flu that come on at night;just started during day. I have a temp from 99-102.8 and periods w no temp. I have RRMS. Having a relapse?

can be completely fine all day and by 6pm i get stiff and very sore all over with a temp. sometimes i have chills so bad my temp goes below 97. i have severe lower back pain, chest and sinus congestion. i have been in constant pain from the RRMS for quite some time but I can take an opiate and it all stops and feel better. is this a relapse or exacerbation i am having? when will it stop?
