Q: Can anybody help me?

Can anybody help me?

I have had strange symptoms for 4 years now with only 1 diagnosis.

4 years ago i had a strange symptoms hit me out of nowhere, I had blindness, Pressure on my face, Nausea, I though i was having a stroke or something. The hospital said i was fine and sent me home but i wasn't fine at all. The symptoms just got worse with Burning though my arms and chest and back, Color was starting to get shiny in my vision, Fatigue showed up and just made me depressed, After a hospital visit my body was shaking every 30seconds all while the electric shocks where shooting though my face. The symptoms go on and on. Seen over a dozen doctors and been on all kinds of pills for anxiety and depression, i was loosing my mind.
After a year i stopped the anxiety pills and the panic and anxiety slowly dissipated, The fear of the symptoms being something severely wrong with me went to a feeling of Ignoring the symptoms because they are not going to kill me.

After 3 years i was diagnosed with atypical trigeminal neuralgia, 1 Year before i wrote this disease down on paper and showed it to my doctor he looked at me like i walked out of a mental institution, 12months later i was diagnosed by a my-facial surgeon how ironic.
Today im still trying to find a reason to my symptoms everyday i have burning witch is mild to server and blindness with vision problems, I ignore this everyday without medication i haven't found any medication that helps. i have seen 2 neurologist witch have both have seen me for 5minutes and said its psychological absolutely no help at all.
I wrote all my symptoms on paper and took it to my new doctor, She took one look and said "I think this is MS". That made sense to me it explains the tingling i get in my arms and a electric shooting pain in my left arm and left leg and many other things. Im not shore if this is MS i just want to know if anybody else had has some of these symptoms and maybe they can tell me witch specialist to c because i have tried pretty much everything. These are my symptoms:

Burning in arms, back, chest, legs Sometimes all at once(sensitive to temperature  change).
Atypical Trigeminal Naralgia
Sharp shooting pain though spine starting at the neck(usually triggered by sound)
Sick in stomach(rush to the toilet) Possibly IBS
Depression because the pain never stops
Instant depression(I could be anywhere and i get depressed like i wanna kill myself usually last a couple of hours, I have learned to distract myself from this so it doesn't get to me)
Confusion(My pupils dilate a little bit and i get confused)
Random Thoughts
Brain fog
Tingling in parts of the body
Numbness in parts of the body
Blindness
Weird shapes moving around my vision
Lines around objects in my vision
Glowy/Shiny colors in my vision
Blurry vision triggered by bright light or flashing lights

Some symptoms i can explain like the night and day confusion, Its 11pm and my mind thinks it day time out side.

I have had these symptoms for 4 years now and i still have no idea whats happening, the symptoms dont scare me i have no anxiety or stress, i do have depression but not enough to cause symptoms like this.
I just want to know if there is anybody out there with any kinda similar symptom so i can try and find a diagnosis. Its just been so long and there is only so long a person can walk around and ignore these types of symptoms. I have been through the worst where it scared the hell out of me at the start, but now its just getting unbearable.

Hi Daniel,

You have certainly been experiencing many different symptoms.  I think that I would follow-up with the suspected MS that your new doctor has mentioned.  There are neurologists who specialize in MS and you should try to find one in your area.  A searchable directory of MS centers is available on the Consortium of MS Centers' website.  You can also contact the National MS Society (nmss.org) to ask for a list of neurologists in your area.

Has your new doctor ordered any testing such as MRI scans?  That is typically the next step after a full neurological exam shows abnormalities consistent with MS.  I hope that you can find some answers, an accurate diagnosis, and then effective treatment.  Good luck.

Lisa
