Q: Hi Peeps, I have symptoms of MS flare up, first in 3 years. Also cloudy urine, pain and frequency. Been completely down about a month now and feeling awful!! Anyone else? What did you do?

No wonder you are down when your symptoms return after a three year break.
Talk with your doctor about the urine changes. Frequent urination can be an indication of several problems, including a urinary tract infection (UTI) which can be treated fairly easily if attended early. A UTI is quite common in women.
Please talk with your doctor about the urinary infection and it can be cleared pretty quickly. Discuss any other symptoms, too.
