Q: one finger turned white - happened twice in two months

have up to now relatively mild ms..had tingling in fingers in the past but never a finger that turned goes away in 30-40 minutes ....does this seem like MS or something else...just something to live with?

This is most likely not related to MS, but it does sound like Raynaud's Disease (click here for more information).
