Hi Dawn
I'm so glad that you have found support and comfort here. It is wonderful what happens when folks support each other. Living with MS isn't always easy (to say the least), but it helps when we know that we're not crazy and that others understand.
I sometimes experience the emotional rollercoaster which comes with living with chronic disease. Things will be going fine and then something triggers a reaction that makes me want to scream "this isn't fair!" Not quite the same as a physical sensation which might travel over your body, but similar in sudden surprise.
If you are talking about pain which travels about your body as you bend your head forward, that is very common with MS. It is called the l'Hermittes Sign and indicates damage in the spinal cord (in the neck). I've had this come and go. The body has an amazing ability to heal itself sometimes for which I am grateful.
I hope that you are having a nice holiday season. Try to have fun and take it easy on yourself.
