In response to:
Get to a top University MS Clinic and dedicated MS Neuroligist ASAP with agressive treatment and the risk of death is low but there can be substantial risks in treatments for Marburg Patients.  ABC drugs will not work on this form.  In the old days this was a 2 month to 2 years and you were a vegatable in an institution or dead.  I was diagnosed nearly 5 years ago and can mostly walk and function on good days but I do take drugs that can caus death if not monitored correctly. Choices and new drugs in the pipeline.
