does anyone have problemswith there feet cold and there legs cold all the time?

Hi Faye, mine are not so much cold as they are numb most of the time.  I use to go to a doctor that did the study of blood a long time ago b/4 I was dx with Ms and she had me taking some vitamins and things I am now looking for the papers that she gave me I know that I have them in this monster of a house somewhere.  It helped get rid of the numbness and the cold feelings.  When I finally find them I will post he information.  I am looking for the information for some friends also for some friends on the Depression site also, they are having the same problem.  It must be something in the water.  But just bear with me I am looking.  sherry/smomdukes
