After my Avonex Injection

The day after I have taken my Avonex Injection I have a hard time walking and using my R hand and I drag my R foot more. Is this the effect of the Avonex? What should I do?

I do the same thing the day after my shot, except it's my left side. Sometimes it doesn't bother me, somedays it's a challenge to get going. I just keep going and listen to my body. I know when it's time to rest.
