Hi Kelli,

When I was first diagnosed deficient in vitamin D, my levels were at a miserable 7.8.  It took a few weeks before I began to feel a physical improvement in my symptoms of pain, achiness, and squishy bones.  This seemed very quick to be.

However, it took several months before my vitamin D levels were risen into a more low-normal range.  I was taking prescription 50,000IU weekly.  I now take 10,000IU daily in over-the-counter supplemental capsules (slightly different than the prescription).  Finally, my levels are definitely in a much higher range.

How are you feeling now?  Have you continued to feel improvements?
