I noticed today( 3rd day of cold) numbness and tingling in both my feet that has gotten worse threw the day. Now is up to the knee on both legs. no fever, just basic yucky common cold but a pretty hardy strain.

Hi Lexisma,
Hopefully by now you are over the cold. I developed a cold 2 weeks ago which has turned into a bronchial infection. It's no fun.
In answer to your question - yes, having a cold or any type of infection can cause your MS symptoms to resurface. You've chosen a good label - pseudoexacerbation - because that is exactly what it is.
Hope you're feeling better.
