Q: What is the effect of stopping Menstration with "2ndary Progressive MS?

46yrs of age. Incontinent. No lower body movement. Violent arm/hand movements. Clinically depressed. Visually and cognisent impairment Only privately paid for care, plus eldely parents assistance for 3-4days a week with periodic overnight care which is becoming physically and mentally unsustainable. Medication, Clonazapam, Proviperidine, Fluoxetidine. Considering a catheter as well in attempt to minimise problems onto and off toilet and improve hygiene. Married 2 children , a daughter 14yrs who is a reasonable carer when home and a 10 yr old Autistic son. Husband occupation and pursuits take him from the home 6-7 days a week and most eveningsHis overnight absences are covered by my wife and I. Ihave my daughters permissionto act on medical matters. She now has memory and cognitive loss.
