Hi Mick,

Memory loss can be part of cognitive dysfunction which can be caused by MS.  However, memory loss can also be caused by stress and other conditions/situations.  It is a good idea to talk to your neurologist about your concerns with memory loss and other cognitive symptoms.  You could be referred to undergo neuropsychology assessment which measures cognitive function.  That is a good place to start.

Thanks Lisa, I will mention this to my neurologist at my meeting with her this Thursday. Whilst writing, what are your thoughts about Copaxone as I will be advised to start that preventative treatment ?
