Topics:MS and Diet

I think this has been mention before but I don't recall anyone telling about how it helped them or didn't work for them.  I've read recently about following the celiac diet and how it's helped ease MS symptoms, also some have given up dairy and sugar as well.

Has anyone tried this approach and has it helped?

Hi,

Just noticed that your question went unanswered.  I can't speak specifically to whether or not a celiac diet helps to ease MS symptoms because I've not tried it.  However, you can find Shareposts which discuss MS and Diet and read to comment to see others responses to the topic.  Hope this helps, even if a little bit.
