Friday, April 10, 2009 Fredreicka asks

Q: I have cramps in both my calfs during sleep (once or twice a week)

My skin on my face which is normally perfectly clear is lumpy underneath the skin and sometimes itchy. My feet go to sleep more than they used to but only occasionally. Am i just being paranoid here ?!!

My asthma has gone from mild to moderate and now rely on two inhalers and have an annoying little cough

Peak flow is 470 which is good

I`m sick of being told to take it easy!

Hello there!

I know it must be so hard to have all these symptoms going on at the same time.

Before I start spouting off suggestions, however, I just need to ask if you have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis or are you worried that you have it?

Please feel free to tell us more so that we can fine tune our response.

Thank you so much!
