Hi,   Yes MS can cause leg pain and I have it in both upper thighs all the time.  For years I only had lightning pains, but now I just have constant pain in my legs.  I am completely ambulatory and recently contacted my neurologist as I can no longer tolerate it.  I still go for walks every day but that does not seem to help.  I am hoping the medications will.  I think you should check with your neurologist.  There are medications that can help.   Regards Salli
