yoga can be very strenuous, so I would stay away from Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga which could help reduce fatigue if you can actually do the whole class. You'd probably sleep well that nite. But it can be too hard even when in perfect health, so I'd look for something called Gentle Yoga. You should speak to the instructor before starting. Often gentle yoga is done down on the mat with little to no standing. You get all stretched out and that can be very relaxing. The class should end with what they call the corpse pose (i have always thought that was a rather icky name for this pose). All you do is lie there and completely let go of your mind and body for about 5-10 minutes. This is supposed to help you collect in the benefits of what you just did. Some people fall asleep, but you are supposed to stay awake but very relaxed....
