I have Medicare/Medicaid and part d I need help

I am 52 years old. I live with my parents to which I have to pay rent. I also owe my father a large sum of money which I must pay back. I have a truck payment and insurance payment so I can get to the doctors. Everywhere I have looked I am over quailifed. I am broke & need help. Soon what little help I get is going to be stopped.I have an income of 22,0000.00 I am on Copaxone. I need help with payment of my drugs I am on several besides Copaxone. I have filed bank ruptcy, but are needing to use credit cards again. Because I can not afford my medication. Please help me I am desperate.
