Hello Mariangie!

I don't have any experience with fibromyalgia but I do have MS so I understand about muscle weakness and difficulties with activities of daily living.  Your combination of symptoms must make things especially rough on you.

There is a good article about treating some of the symptoms of fatigue and weakness pertaining to having Multiple Sclerosis which I can lead you to here.  Health Central also has many excellent articles about fibromyalgia such as this one.

I hope that some of this reading will be beneficial to you.  But probably your best bet is to discuss these symptoms with your doctor or neurologist so that they can do either the necessary testing or suggest possible treatments for your symptoms.

Good luck to you and do come back if you have any more questions.
