Now, today Monday a couple days later ive had under my left eye a twitch feeling all day and now its visual maybe it was all day i really didnt look, my husband can see it & then i looked in the mirror and i can also see it. Hey there

Well it is possible that MS can do these things since it can affect any part of the nervous system which then affects most parts of the body.  I have felt weird sensations myself like part of my palette and tongue going numb, feelings like ants were crawling up my legs, as well as feeling like warm water was running down my leg.

One quick question though.  Have you already been diagnosed with MS?

As I am finding out from  conversing with others having strange symptoms...it is not always MS.

The one way to know for sure what is going on is to go see your doctor.  Write down your list of symptoms no matter how strange they seem and see what he or she says.

Let us know what happens and thank you for your question.

Hi KRose65,

Welcome to Health Central.  Just like Merely Me said, MS affects nerves and nerves control movement and sensations throughout the body.

Here is a really cool page which discusses Cranial Nerves and what each one of them controls.

As for me, I have pain along the Trigeminal Nerve (Cranial Nerve V) which is kept manageable by using Neurontin.

Make note of your symptoms, write it all down, and discuss it with your neurologist next time you go in.  If you begin to lose function, like the ability to swallow, get yourself in to see your doctor quickly.

Just know that you're not going crazy!!!  MS can cause some freaky stuff.
