Q: have had a low grade fever for months ranging from 99.0-100 about 80% of the time. now exp. increasing joint pain? blood work normal ex. very low iron.

have gone to obgyn to further investigate feel fatigued and stiff esp in hands. Feet are bad upon waking. previous history of night sweats which still occur occasionaly and heart palpitations. CT scan and echo neg. any ideas? PS autoimmune runs in my family and in both cases my relatives were dismissed as having psychosymatic illnesses. Mother deceased at 47 of stiff person syndrome, sister living with same diagnosis. thanks for the help
