Pain in my Jaw

Hello fellow MSers I have had this problem for over 2 weeks now! Mega pain in my jaw, Hurts in my ear and when i try to yawn it is intense pain unable to open my mouth more than 2ins. my Jaw keeps tightening! Caring for stroke
