I've heard many different stories of how they beat obesity and how people are living the 'happy healthy life', but the truth is that I have never been able to lose many pounds for the simple reason that I want changes now. Like you mentioned, it takes time. Well, I always get discouraged because of time or for any other stupid reason. But thanks for this article.
