My exercise: 2 days - weight machines (circuit machines) except crunches. 2 days shallow water aerobics. 1 day deep water aerobics.
I have never been able to have the core strength to do crunches/situps. When I do try to do them I do not do them correctly. Is there a weight machine that would accomplish strengthening my stomach that is not a crunch/situp?
I go to YMCA gym.
